1 long read
Growing an email list is still one of the most important things you can do (funnily enough haven’t started to grow this yet, but maybe soon, trying to provide value first and test my thesis). Especially in this AI boom where most of the people that sign up are early to the curve and want to improve productivity, they have money to spend, 47K subscribers is massive and certainly can make you 6 figs in revenue.
1 piece of advice from me
From speaking to a bunch of successful founders in many different fields like fashion, character IP, crypto and more. A recurring theme is the biggest companies do things a small company should never do. Things that seem important on the outside kill you on the inside. Never scale too fast, focus on a niche, etc.
