Creating something valuable and unique that people are willing to pay for is a more reliable path to wealth creation than hard work alone, as some wealthy people may not have worked hard, while some hardworking individuals may struggle financially if they offer something that is not in demand or easily accessible.

TL;DR: World of Warcraft teaches more than companies do, micromanagement is good, leaders can never abdicate responsibility, sunk cost fallacy is BS, our brains work like machines, decide where to dedicate time by trying out things, all constraints are constructive, in-person is better than remote and nothing should ever be a black box.
