The Daily Loop #155
3 quotes, 2 short form tweets, 1 long form read and 1 piece of advice from me. Consume 2 minutes of information to help you advance your knowledge in different fields.
The Daily Loop newsletter focuses on information that can be consumed in 2 minutes every day by linking to posts across the internet, formatted in a way that is easy for anyone to navigate. In a 3-2-1-1 design (quotes, short-form content, long-form content and advice).
The goal is for as many people to read this daily and inspire them to think differently about certain things. It will primarily be around topics and industries I am interested in such as: startups, ai, success, innovation, change, crypto, nfts, etc.
3 quotes
“The worst thing you can do is give up, because there’s probably a move. You just have to find it. I’m definitely from the Jay-Z school. Forward is the only direction. Can’t be afraid to fail in search of perfection."—Ben Horowitz

“We're already seeing things that will transform the way you work, play, connect and learn. Put simply, we believe AR is going to change the way we use technology forever.”—Tim Cook

I use the phrase “increasingly digitalized world” a lot and base most of my bets on Crypto/AI/AR because it works so well. We already spend half our time in the digital world, do you think that won’t increase?

Wow! I’ve never really thought about it from this angle. Makes a lot of sense.
1 long read
Here is a tweet I published before Apple Vision Pro was announced. My thoughts haven’t changed but now we know a few more details like pricing ($3,500) and how the headset is built. I’m really not a fan of the battery pack, but it’s whatever. I will still purchase it, hopefully, if we live to see that day lol!
I am more optimistic than most and really excited when this got announced. I’m not just bullish on AVP, but rather how Apple will iterate on AVP year-on-year and continue improving it.
1 piece of advice from me
I want to highlight something from the above post.
Someone who wants to embrace it before others, speculate what the future holds and try to capitalise on the opportunity. (My advice: Be curious when new cool and untested things are being built.)
