"Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it."—Steve Jobs
"The most dangerous way to lose time is not to spend it having fun, but to spend it doing fake work. When you spend time having fun, you know you're being self-indulgent. Alarms start to go off fairly quickly. If I woke up one morning and sat down on the sofa and watched TV all day, I'd feel like something was terribly wrong.
Just as houses all over America are full of chairs that are, without the owners even knowing it, nth-degree imitations of chairs designed 250 years ago for French kings, conventional attitudes about work are, without the owners even knowing it, nth-degree imitations of the attitudes of people who've done great things."—Paul Graham
"There are two ways of exerting one's strength: one is pushing down, the other is pulling up."—Booker T. Washington

I’ve recently started adding some indie business advice in this substack. I think it’s important as many don’t speak about this route. It’s either A) Corporate life, B) Successful big business. This is arguably the one most want to do, even if they don’t know much about it.
Ps-The post above can help many of you, worth a bookmark.

Lifestyle creep is like a silent virus. You never really care and/or for most know much about it until it’s too late. (I am in the same problem). Do not get addicted to levelling up your lifestyle if you earn more.

The advice above for today^^
Even if you haven’t made a lot of money yet, it’s essential to understand this.
